225cc intake runners. They feature 2.5" cross sectional area. These are for competition or serious street engines that are 400" plus and that are making in excess of 600 horsepower. These are the "Cleveland" heads Tony Bischoff used to with the 2000 Engine Master Challenge. Drag race version assembled with Manley Nextech valvesprings, Titanium retainers, Hardened valve locks, Viton seals and Ferrea Stainless steel valves. |

Data + Experience = Flow
BES runs a Dual Flow flowbench to provide us with a solid starting point in optimizing flow. When that's done, our experience takes over, and experience is the key to making horsepower with effective Performance Head Porting.
Nobody drives a flowbench down the dragstrip. Cylinder Heads have to work at 9,000 RPMs under heat, tension and G-forces. Intake and exhaust dynamics have to be taken into account as well. The bottom line is making horsepower is not as simple as flowbench readings. There's a lot more to it.
The BES Team takes a "whole-engine" approach to flow, and flowbench data plus our many years of experience is what sets us apart. Our cylinder heads will make horsepower. Period.
